The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m.

The minutes of the December 17 and 21, 1992, and January 4, 1993

STAFF REPORT
Executive Director Anderson will attend a meeting in Denver on
January 26th with the Highway Department regarding the Stanley Hotel
street location and design criteria. The deeds are being prepared
by Attorney White, and the legal descriptions are being prepared by
Mr. Kochevar and should be complete within the week. A process of
quiet title will occur by Attorney Windholz to make sure titles are
free and clear. Groundbreaking on the road should occur in May.
There being no further business, it was moved and seconded (Swank-
Henderson) that the meeting be adjourned at 8:35 a.m.
The next regularly scheduled meeting will be February 4, 1993, at
8:00 a.m.
