Advertisement for bids for the Post Office parking lot riverwalk
construction will appear in the March 6, 1992 Trail Gazette. The
contract for this work has been reviewed by Attorney Windholz.
Demolition bid packages for the old library building are available.
A mandatory meeting is scheduled for March 12, 1992 with bids due
on or before 2:00 P.M. March 27, 1992. The asbestos inspection
conducted last week yielded there are no special precautions
required in demolishing the building.
Taco Bell is considering the addition of an outdoor seating area on
the south side of the building. This modification will not alter
the number of parking spaces; however, the layout may change. This
proposed project does not trigger EPURA review.
There being no further business. Chairman Pauley adjourned the
meeting.
Donna Heifner, Deputy Town Clerk
