Chairman Pauley called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M.
MINUTES
Minutes of the October 17, 1991 meeting were approved as prepared.
COMMITTEES
Development - Commissioner Pohl requested a Development Committee
meeting on November 14, 1991 at 8:15 A.M. to discuss a proposed
commercial development on Lot 4 of Prospect Village Subdivision.
AUTHORITY BUSINESS
Resolution No. 168 - Approve Recruest for Reserve Funds - Director
Anderson distributed a summary of gas contamination expenses the
Town has incurred to date, noting that since the Reserve Fund was
established and defined in the Intergovernmental Agreement dated
P90 and the Memorandum of Understanding dated October
^991 and' a Problem exists with fuel contamination located in
public owned property and, the Town needs to conduct further
research to define said contamination, the Authority will transfer
to the Town from the Reserve Fund the sum of $29,882.00 for
expenses incurred. Director Anderson read Resolution No. 168 fA
