Minutes of the November 15, 1990 were approved as prepared.
LIAISON
Commissioner Klaphake stated Mayor Dannels has requested the EPURA
Commissioners submit a list of potential candidates to fill the
vacancy created by Commissioner Hondius' resignation.

It was moved and seconded (Klaphake-Godbolt) staff be authorized to
proceed with counsel's advice as outlined in a December 6, 1990
letter from EPURA Attorney James A. Windholz. Motion carried.
Christmas Bonus - Chairman Pauley requested the Board approve a
Christmas bonus for EPURA staff. It was moved and seconded
(Ericson-Klaphake) a Christmas bonus of $65.00 be presented to each
employee. Motion carried.
STAFF
Director Anderson referred to a December 3, 1990 letter from
Boudreaux & Jackson, CPA's, i.e. "following completion of
calculations to determine the rebate deposit for the EPURA's tax
increment refunding revenue bonds, series 1988, no rebate deposit
is required for the year ended September 13, 1990".
Cost of^Light & Power undergrounding along the river corridor has
been adjusted from an original invoice of $91,690.00 to $69,880.70,
as a result of amounts charged to other accounts and a 20%
warehousing fee applied to only those items that are retained in
inventory. Other outstanding invoices were either paid in full
directly or had warehousing adjustments.
Director Anderson polled the Board regarding the need for a quorum
at the December 20, 1990 and January 3, 1991 regularly scheduled
Board meetings. All present indicated they would be in attendance at both meetings.
