Vice-Chairman Pohl called the meeting to order.
Minutes of the June 7, 1990 meeting were approved as prepared.
BILLS
It was moved and seconded (Ericson-Hondius) the bills be paid.
Motion carried.
TREASURER'S REPORT
It was moved and seconded (Ericson-Godbolt) the May 1990
Treasurer's Report be accepted into the record. Motion carried.
LIAISON
Town consideration of EPURA's denial of Lynn Kinnie's development
proposal is scheduled for Tuesday, June 26, 1990 at 7:00 PM.
AUTHORITY BUSINESS
Precision West - Parking Lot Surveys - Authorization for Additional
Survey Work - Referring to his June 20, 1990 memo. Director
Anderson noted staff requested Precision West to perform additional
work to aid in the Cleave Street West parking lot design. It was
moved and seconded (Ericson-Godbolt) Precision West's total
contract amount be increased from $3,100 to $3,608. Motion
carried.
STAFF
Concrete sidewalk behind Barlow Plaza is scheduled for completion
this week. Substantial completion of East Riverside Park hardscape
is scheduled for June 29, 1990. Privately funded playground
equipment has been ordered for the park. Western Lighting
Standards is expected to partial ship the streetlight order the
week of June 25, 1990.
Installation of streetlights at Sundance Center for the Arts will
begin following completion of concrete bases and
undergrounding/trenching of the area. Project completion is
expected in mid-July. This project is partially funded by Sundance
Center for the Arts.
Broken Branch Tree Farms, Inc. will commence Cleave Street West
parking lot landscaping today. Director Anderson noted a sidewalk
has been installed between the two parking bays.
