Chairman Putney called the regular meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

There being no objection, the Agenda was approved as presented.

It was moved and seconded (Steige/Widmer) the minutes of the regular meeting of
November 15, 2000 be approved as presented.
COMMISSIONER AND COMMITTEE REPORTS
None.
COMMUNITY COMMENTS
None.
FISCAL YEAR 2001 BUDGET - ADOPTION.
Executive Director Smith briefly explained EPURA’s financial process and read Resolution 289
adopting the 2001 budget. Concluding all discussiori, it was moved and seconded
(Wasson/Jarolimek) to approve Resolution 289 as presented, and it passed unanimously.
PROJECT REPORTS/ACTIONS
Executive Director’s Report. Executive Director Smith presented the November expenditures
and discussed the January retreat and the Piccadilly Square work session.
Executive Director Smith and Community Development Director Stamey will be part of the team
that will determine the consultant for Phase II of the Rocky Mountain National Park
transportation study.
Estes Park Riverfront, West Corridor Interactive Dispiay Sessions - Report. Chad
Herd/Design Studios West (DSW) presented a summary of the West Corridor InteracWe
Display sessions. Items discussed included number of participants, project zones, project
phasing, Wiest Drive access, and community feedback. DSW will present a concept plan of the
project at the January meeting. |
There being no further business. Chairman Putney adjourned the meeting at 8:40 a.m. The
next regular meeting will be December 20, 2000 at 8:00 a.m.
