Development Plan 96-10 required that all disturbed areas shall be reseeded with native grass/wildflower mix. The applicant has agreed to de-weed and reseed this summer. The proposed condominium map is in conflict with the existing approved development plan; an amended development plan should be a condition of approval. The amended development plan should delineate the additional parking spaces and clanfythe garages are to be used for commercial space.
