Vice Chairman Sager called the meeting to order at 8:00 am.

Member Baudek requested the Applicants acknowledge the flood risk in this area.
Stating this variance may be granted without substantial detriment to the public good and
without substantially impairing the intent/purpose of this title, it was moved and seconded
(Newsom/Barker) the variance, as amended, be approved for Lot 2B, Block 3, Fall River
Estates, subject to the following condition, and it passed unanimously.
• Applicant provide new tree and shrub plantings around those buildings which
are not set back 30' and decks off these units must be built as on grade patios.
