Chairman Pauley called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
MINUTES ^ JThe minutes of the November 12, 1996 meeting were accepted as
presented.
Chairman Pauley stated Member Newsom had a conflict of interest
with the scheduled item on the Agenda and wished to be excused; as
there was no other business to come before the Board, Member Newsom
was excused.
