Chairman Doylen called the special meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
This meeting was called to provide due process of an item that was
previously considered February 7, 1995.
MINUTES
It was moved and seconded (Sager-Dekker) the minutes of the January
3, r995 meeting and the February 7, 1995 meeting be approved, and
it passed unanimously.

traffic safety hazards are anticipated. Therefore, it was moved
and seconded (Dekker-Doylen) the street setback variance be
approved for 621 Aspen Avenue, contingent upon the addition limited
to one story with a hip roof line, not exceeding the height of the
existing structure. The motion passed by the following votes:
Those voting "Yes": Chairman Doylen and Member Dekker. Those
voting "No": Member Sager. Member Dekker urged the Applicant to
proceed with consideration given to the concerns of the neighbor.
REPORT
Chairman Doylen distributed a booklet on zoning guidelines prepared
by Herbert H. Smith that may be helpful to the Board.
There being no further business. Chairman Doylen adjourned the
meeting at 8:45 a.m.
