Should redevelopment occur, the Applicant will not receive compensation for this addition, and, this motion will be passed, pending Town legal counsel's approval of its wording, and it passed unanimously. Town Attorney White has advised staff that Snowdance I will be required to enter into a written agreement with the Town, which sets forth the terms of the temporary placement and removal of this cooler.
