Mr. Roger Thorp, architect, advised that the conference
center was designed to fit into a constrained area between
the existing Holiday Inn and the employee housing building
to the south. The lot fronts onto Highway 7 and rises 20 to
24' in the east/west direction. In order for the existing
Holiday Inn pre-function area to physically tie into the new
conference center pre-function area an^ PiSto afunction properly, direct access from the kitchen into a
cor?ilor 'from which the 8,000 sq. ft. ballroom area
will be served, is necessary. He further ___
advised that the existing Holiday Inn kJ^2SoreeSa nSetback fhp present setback requirements, therefore a setoacx

added to the existing structure.
