Chairman Habecker called the Board of Adjustment meeting to order at 8; 30A.M.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES.
Minutes of the meeting held July 9, 1990 were approved as submitted.
PIZZA HUT, 430 PROSPECT VILLAGE DRIVE - REQUEST FOR SIGN VARIANCE.
Community Development Director Stamey briefed the Board on Sections 17.66.190
C. Prohibited Signs (Paragraph #16), and 17.66.220 Illumination - both
pertaining to an illuminated neon "open" sign placed in a window at the Pizza
Hut. Building Official Allman advised that a number of such signs have been
observed. Those affected business owners have been notified that the sian is
in violation of the aforestated sections of the Sign Code. 9
