Mr. Paul Kochevar represented the applicants and stated the
request was to construct a motel on a site of 37'636 sq:

different color. He further stated the "flags" would be no
higher than the car antenna and antenna flags would be
placed on a maximum of 8 cars at one time.
Mr. Bob Van Horn addressed the Board stating he used State
and National flags around Trout Haven when he owned it and
felt Rains Ford was in a less visible location than downtown
businesses and was in favor of this varance request. Mr. Jim
Graves, owner of Sunnyside Knoll Motel, also stated that
due to the nature of the auto business and the location of
Rains Ford, he was in favor of the variance being granted.
Member Sager stated that in 1976 the Town went through
considerable headache to establish a reasonable sign oode.

motion and the vote was a Habecker. Those voting"favor". Members Barker, Garrett,
