Mr. Bob Van Horn addressed the Board stating he used State and National flags around Trout Haven when he owned it and felt Rains Ford was in a less visible location than downtown businesses and was in favor of this varance request. Mr. Jim Graves, owner of Sunnyside Knoll Motel, also stated that due to the nature of the auto business and the location of Rains Ford, he was in favor of the variance being granted.
