SPRUCE LAKE RV PARK - Variance Request from

Mr.^ Lee Jamison,^ Manager, submitted an application seeking a
variance from Section 17.32.040 C. which requires RV parks to
have a minimum setback of 75' from perimeter property lines. Mr
Jamison was requesting a variance to allow a 25' setback on the
P^°Perty line of Spruce Lake RV Park. Mr. Jamison stated
that the way terrain on the Spruce Lake property was situated,
