Mr. Roger Thorp, representing the owners, submitted a revised
application for the Haber Center seeking a 5'0" front setback

by Roger Thorp/Thorp Associates, Inc. dated March 4, 1986 and
Haber'. dated March 6, 1986. Upon denial of the front
setback variance February 13th, Mr. Thorp advised three
alternatives were available to Mr. Haber; (1) move the facade of
the building back 5’0" to conform to the 8' setbllk rLui?emIn?-
(3) oaicel plans. for ,any addition to the existing structure; and
(3) cancel construction plans and list the building for sale
