NON-CONFORMING BUILDING AND SETBACK VARIANCE: ~
Mr. Roger Thorp, representing the owners, submitted an applica
tion seeking a variance from: (1) Section 17.68.070 to allow
®^r^^tural alteration to a non-conforming building; (2) Section
17.32.040 to allow the existing building to be remodeled and
maintain its present 5'0" setback; and (3) Section 17.32.040 to
allow the existing building to remain and be remodeled, with a

which was prepared by both Planner Stamey and Building Inspector
