Mr. Paul Kochevar, representing the owners, submitted an applica
tion seeking a variance from Section 17.68.070 to allow the
addition to an existing building; the existing building met
setback requirements prior to adoption of the C-0 Zoning
Regulations. Planner Stamey advised no correspondence nor
communication was received concerning Mr. Chung's variance
request. Member Brown moved the Estes Village Motor Inn variance
request be approved. Member Sager seconded the motion. Member
Sager stated Section 17.72.040 - Board of Adjustment, Subpara
graph B. - addressing authorization and specific reasons justify
ing the approval of variance requests had been met. The motion
passed unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
