Planner Stamey advised no correspondence nor communication was received concerning Mr. Chung's variance request. Member Brown moved the Estes Village Motor Inn variance request be approved. Member Sager seconded the motion. Member Sager stated Section 17.72.040 - Board of Adjustment, Subpara­ graph B. - addressing authorization and specific reasons justify­ ing the approval of variance requests had been met.
