JONES - GREENHOUSE ADDITION TO NON-CONFORMING BUILDING 827 PANORAMA circlet The Board of Adjustment considered a request for a variance to extend a non-conforming building (Section 17.68.070) for Mr. and Mrs. 0. M. Jones located at 827 Panorama Circle. Mr. Dean Kell, representing the owners, explained Mr. Jones has become an invalid and is presently in a nursing' home. Mrs. Jones would like to care for him at home. A greenhouse addition would provide a warm room where Mr. Jones could enjoy sitting in the sunlight. The southwest location for the greenhouse affords the best sunlight; a southeast location would require removal of a moss rock stairway and patio which serves as the front entrance to the home. The owners would also like to extend the back entry porch (northwest side) to accommodate a shady outdoor sitting area for summer use. Correspondence in favor of the variance was received from: J. Donald and Martha M. Pauley 5/04/84 After discussion. Member Brown moved for approval of the request. Member Lamson seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. The next Board of Adjustment Meeting will be held at 1:30 P.M. Tuesday, May 29, 1984. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
