WILLIAM LOVINS - ADDITION OF REAR EXITS AND WOODEN DECK TO
NON-CONFORMING BUILDING:
The Board of Adjustment considered a request for a variance to
extend a non-conforming building (Section 17.68.070) for Mr.
William Lovins located at 344 Virginia Drive. Mr. Mark Donahue,
representing the owners, explained the house presently does not
have any rear exits. The owners do not consider it practical to
comply with existing ordinances and are attempting to make the
house safer without detracting from the present beauty of the
home. The deck would be built using piers not a foundation. The
dimensions of the proposed wooden deck are 10' x 16'. No corre
spondence was received. Following discussion. Member Sager moved
for approval of the request. Member Laing seconded the motion
and it passed unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
Vickie O'Connor, Town Clerk
