BRADSHAW ALTERATION OF A NONCONFORMING BLDG. - 243 E.—RIVERSIDE^
Ms. Hazel Bradshaw appeared before the Board to request a variance
to allow her to add an addition onto a nonconforming building at
243 E. Riverside Drive. The building is nonconforming because it
is too close to the river and too close to the stJe®h^S;j^i°nce
