GRAVES - EXPANSION OF NONCONFORMING BUILDING - 551 PONDEROSA DRIVE;
GraYfs appeared requesting a variance to allow an addition
onto his residence at 551 Ponderosa Drive which is nonconforming because
xt does not meet the 10' side yard setback requirement. A poJ?ion
of the proposed addition will also be within the 10' side yard setback
Adjacent property owner Will Spradling telephoned on September 14,
