MADDY - TWO TEMPORARY SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGS - LOT 12, UNIVERSITY HTS:
Kenneth H. Maddy appeared requesting a variance to allow his existing
cabin to remain on Lot 12, University Heights while the new house is
being constructed on the same lot. He agreed that the cabin would be
removed within thirty days after receiving the Certificate of Occupancy
on the new residence. Lot 12, University Heights is zoned R-1 Resi
dential which does not permit two single family dwellings. Mr. Maddy
presented a letter dated June 27, 1980 from Covenant Heights Bible
Camp stating its intention to remove the cabin and from adjacent prop
erty owner Bill Van Horn stating no objection to the variance request.
