Member Lamson seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. CLARK - SETBACK VARIANCE - LOT 11, ELK HOLLOW SUBDIVISION: Bill Van Horn appeared on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Clark requesting an 11' setback instead of the required 15' setback from the north property line of Lot 11, Elk Hollow Subdivision (see attachment) for an already constructed porch. The porch was added onto the house after the original house plans were submitted and its encroachment on the setbacK was not discovered until the final inspection. A letter was received from adjacent property owner G. F. Brownfield stating that the variance would not affect his property. Mr. and Mr . McConnell, owners of Lot 8 of Elk Hollow Subdivision, appeared ex­ pressing concern as to the effect of the variance upon the value of their property. Member Sager commented that he felt the construction of “e porch Within the setback was unintentional and moved that the Board o± Adjust ment finds that extraordinary and exceptional circumstances ^xist this case and, therefore, the variance be S^anted• c seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by ^loWing votes: Those voting "yes" Members Houston, Sager, Lamson, Wagner. Those voting "no" none. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
