HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES Board of Adjustment 1979-08-15#•• BRADFORD PUBLISHING CO., DENVER RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS Board of Adjustment August 15, 1979 Board: Attending: Chairman Rumley, Members Houston, Sager, Thomas, Wagner All Also Attending: Town Administrator Hill, Town Engineer/Planner Widmer, Building Inspector Jones FAY - SETBACK VARIANCE - LOT 11, MAJESTIC PINES: Roger Thorp appeared on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Fay requesting a 21' setback from the east property line of Lot 11, Majestic Pines,rather than the required 25' setback for a deck addition and stairway. Town Engineer/Planner Widmer reported that upon inspection of the premises for the variance, they found that a fence had been partially constructed within the street right-of-way. Member A1 Sager moved the variance be granted subject to the fence being moved back onto the property line. Member Wagner seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unani­ mously carried. SPRADLING - SETBACK VARIANCE - LOT 24, WHITE MEADOW VIEW PLACE: Will Spradling appeared requesting a 5'to 7' setback from the east property line of Lot 24, White Meadow View Place rather than the required 10' for a new garage. Mr. Spradling explained that the garage is proposed for that particular location to avoid several large trees and to leave access to his propane tank. A telephone message was received on August 9th from adjacent property owner Barnie Graves stating that he has no objections. Member A1 Sager moved the variance be granted. Member Houston seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. an Horn, Town Clerk
