MILLER - HEIGHT VARIANCE - LEWISTON PROPERTY (321 BIG HORN DRIVE):
Bruce Miller appeared requesting a 4' height variance for all of the
buildings proposed on the "Lewiston Property" located at 321 Big Horn
Drive. Mr. Miller explained that the proposed buildings could comply
with the 30' height requirement by changing the landscaping. The pro
posed buildings would remain the same height with or without the vari
ance but the granting of the 4' height variance would permit some walk
out basements and more natural landscaping. A "blanket" 4' height
variance was being requested to allow for variation in the topography
of each building location. George Hix, and Carol O'Dell, adjacent
property owners, appeared asking several questions regarding the re
quested variance. A letter dated June 25, 1979 was received from Rhea
Howard along with a phone call the same date requesting the letter be
disregarded. Member Sager moved a 4' height variance be granted for
all of the buildings proposed on the building site at 321 Big Horn
Drive. Member Thomas seconded the motion and it passed by the following
votes: Those voting "Yes" Members Houston, Sager, Thomas, Wagner,
Rumley. Those voting "No" none.

19' front yard setback rather than the required 25' setback for a deck
addition to the Carriage house located on Tract 39, Fall River Addition
