Member Wagner seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. SUTORIUS - SIGN VARIANCE - MOVIE MUSEUM: hfo SVt0r^^^,^aS?eared requesting a variance which would allowhis Technicolor 1000 Mini-Theatre to remain 4i feet back from the ThpJ+Iio6 0£-tJe 5Jovie Museum. Mr. Sutorius explained that the Mini- Theatre, which shows slides of displays in the Museum, emits no sound and has no apparent visible movement. It has a unidirectional lenti­cular screen which requires "head-on" viewing and tSH^iderprele^Ld ?h»°mSyr?l;aS?- Clint Zoning Administrator,nterpreted the Mini-Theatre as a sign having a change of copy rather than visible movement.
