Wayne Barker requesting a setback variance from the 10' requirement for an addition to a building located at 1710 Fall River Road. The building which was built prior to annexation to the Town, sets back 8'4" and the addition would set back approximately 6' from the property line. Member Ed Palmer moved the setback variance be granted. Member Herzog seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes: Those voting "Yes" Members Herzog, Palmer, Prosser, Sager, and Sutter. Those voting "No" none. STEINER - PARKING SPACE SIZE & PAYMENT VARIANCE - COURTYARD ADDITION: Greig Steiner submitted a petition requesting a variance in the re­ quired parking space size of 10' x 20' in order to receive a larger credit for parking spaces. He proposed twelve spaces of 8' x 20', twenty—four spaces of 8' x 18', and six spaces of 7' x 16'6" making a total of 42 parking spaces. Member Sager moved the request for smaller sized parking spaces be denied. Member Prosser seconded the motion. Member Palmer then moved the motion be amended to include a recommendation that the Town Board review the parking space size re­ quirements taking into consideration the American Institute of Architects standards and compact car requirements. Member Herzog seconded the motion.and upon roll call the amendment to the original motion unanimously carried. Upon further roll call, the amended original motion passed by the following votes: Those voting "Yes" Members Herzog, Palmer, Prosser, Sager, Sutter. Those voting "No" none, Mr. Steiner also petitioned the Board of Adjustment to permit him to pay his in-lieu-of parking fee at a rate of 20% per year for a five year period secured by a second deed of trust on the property. Mem­ ber Palmer moved Mr. Steiner be allowed to pay his in-lieu-of parking fee at 20% per year for five years and that a guarantee provision, approved by the Town Attorney, be provided the Town. Member Herzog seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes: Those voting "Yes" Members Palmer, Sager, Prosser, Herzog and Sutter. Those voting "No" none.
