HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES Estes Park Board of Adjustment 1976-05-04•4 BRADFORD PUBLISHING CO., DENVER RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS Board of Adjustment v/ May 4, 1976 Board: Attending: Chairman Sutter; Members Herzog, Palmer, Prosser, Wagner and Alternate Member Sager Chairman Sutter; Members Herzog, Palmer, Prosser, Wagner Also Attending: Town Administrator Hill, Town Engineer/Planner Van Horn, and Building Inspector Fairchild Absent:None SIBLE - SIDE YARD SETBACK VARIANCE - LOT 7, MOUNT VIEW PARK: Mr. Robert Sible requested a variance from the R-2 Multiple Family Residential zoning requirement of a 10' side yard setback in order to construct an addition to his house within six feet of the pro­ perty line. Member Herzog moved the request be granted. Member Palmer seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. NELSON - REAR YARD SETBACK VARIANCE - LOT 22, TRANQUIL VAIL: Gene Nelson requested a variance from the 15 foot rear yard setback requirement to allow a roof overhang of 22 inches. Member Palmer moved the request be granted. Member Herzog seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. STANLEY ADDITION. TRACT 4- ART FAIR: Corky Rogers of the Chamber of Commerce, Frank Normali of the Stanley Hotel, and Mr. and Mrs. Manevitz, operators of the Art Fair, appeared requesting a variance which would allow them to locate five 40' x 60' tents on the Stanley Hotel grounds for an Art Fair. This art fair is scheduled for September 8-12 and would involve local as well as out of state artists. Member Palmer moved the request be granted for the dates specified and subject to the Town Attorney's approval of the insurance coverage. Member Wagner seconded the motion.
