BURBRIDGE - LOT 1, VILLAGE ACRES - SETBACK VARIANCE:
A petition was submitted by Richard Mangelsen on behalf of Clifford
Burbridge requesting a variance from the R-Residential 25' yard set
back requirement. Mr. Burbridge's house, which was built prior to
the R-Residential zoning designation, is nonconforming and, therefore,
the proposed addition to the house would also encroach upon the 25'
setback (as per the attached drawing). Member Wagner moved the variance
be granted. Member Herzog seconded the motion. Upon roll call the
motion unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
