Absent: Member Palmer
Mr. Dwayne Herman, owner of Lot 30 and the northerly 39 feet of Lot 29
Riverside Subdivision, appeared before the Board of Adjustment to request
a variance to the provisions of Chapter 17.64 of the Municipal Code per
taining to off-street parking.
Mr Herman has been denied a building permit because his proposed building
quires ^off-street parking spaces and the site plan only provides 17
inrhas 7^in 13 a de5iciency of 19 spaces. Mr. Herman's pLposed build-
g has 7,200 square feet of floor space divided into 13 occupancies.
Mr. Eric Smith of Taniguchi Associates, appeared and spoke on behalf of
Mr. Herman's request for a variance.
Member grosser moved the request for a variance be granted. Member Wagner
seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion failed by theTuowiT
