The location is the north end of the Loveland Federal Savings Building, Suite One (1), 117 feet from Elkhorn Ave, The reason we are unable to comply to the ordinance is due to the construction of the building eave we are to hang the sign on is ten (10) feet from the sidewalk. If the sign is hung any place else it would not be visible from the street. The back side of our house is alreadjr a "s tagyei-ing” line because of the shape of our lot and this two feet will probably be only roof-overhang but it will give us a much better shaped room, or v;ihg, and keep it from extending into the view from our present picture wrndow on the west side of our living room. The present zoning ordinance in t;ha t area calls for 40 feet clearance on all four sides of a house, ’’’e honestly do not believe this two feet on the north side could hurt arvone else's property in any way. Thank you for your convS Ideration . Sincerely, rl °bW£ ' o -S?-'e \ t-
