Mr. 0. M. Nagl appeared before the Board of Adjustment and discussed
his request for a variance to Section 12 of the Town Municipal Code as
Aj- ieS t0 Projecting signs. Member Brownfield moved that the Board
of Adjustment finds and determines that in lieu of a free standing sign
in the same general area and because this projecting sign, if constructed,
would provide additional lighting for a public walkway easement, a vari-
i?Cer,i° ,Se^tlon 12-12-2(2) be granted to Mr. Nagl, owner of Lots 11 and
12, Block 5, Town of Estes Park to install a projecting building sign
as per the attached plan. Member Sutter seconded the motion. Upon roll
c3.ll the motion unanimously carried.
Mr. Wilfred Wiemer of Lot 7, Block 4, Reclamation Addition appeared be
fore the Board to request a variance that would allow the construction
u ^ , ^t001 shed t0 be attached to his residence as per the at
tached sketch. This house is nonconforming due to the setback require
ments enacted after its construction. The requested tool shed addition
will comply with the building code except as to the side yard setback
requirements. Member Sutter moved the above request for a variancr^
