Dannels, Chairman Board of Adjustment Estes Park, Colorado 80517 Dear Mr. Dannels,IZ .10-1 a) I am requesting an appearance before the Board of Adjustment to discuss the possibility of seating and serving customers at the rear of my building. The Building Inspector informed me that a business must be carried on within a building but I cannot afford to build a building this year. I intend to enclose the rest of my property in the future when I can afford to do so. Until such time, I am asking for a variance to seat and serve the public on my land at the rear of my building. KING, VICAR June 9, 1970 Mr. Dale Hill Town Hall Estes Park, Colorado Dear Mr. Hill: 1 am writing this letter to request a meeting of the ad justment board concerning some remodeling to my home, at 1285 Birch. The building inspector, Mr. George Mowery, advises me that because of some conflicts between the zoning requirements as set forth in the plat of Country Club Manor and the require ments of the zoning laws in Estes Park that a meeting of the adjustment board is necessary. I would appreciate an early meeting of the board. Sincerely yours. The Reverend Fred F. King FrFFK/jhj June 9, 1970 Mr. Henry D. Dannels, Chairman Board of Adjustment Estes Park, Colorado 80517 Dear Mr. Dannels, As per the request of the Building Inspector, I am requesting an appear ance before the Board of Adjustment to discuss the installation of a "Moon Walk". The Moon Walk is installed in conjunction with the slide and does not change the parking situation appreciably. Parking has been improved by the demolition and removal of a building that was on the property. I feel that there is no offensive noise created by the use of the Moon Walk and no additional lighting has been installed. Your cooperation and approval in granting the installation of the Moon Walk would be appreciated. Sincerely, Le) > Lynn Kinnie —7 LKieks
