Chairman Barker called the meeting to order at 9:30 A.M.
CONFERENCE CENTER UPDATE
Director Pickering described September/October 1992 fall bookings
and 1993 definite/tentative bookings for the Conference Center.
Four conferences are booked for 1994.
Director Pickering displayed an enlarged, modified photo of the
Conference Center which will be used with interior shots for a
panel presentation.
ADVERTISING PROGRMt UPDATE
Director Stamey distributed the Summer insert which _ will be

Administrator Klaphake stated Town Attorney White will research and
inform the Town regarding rules/regulations with respect to
ownership of museum articles.
Director Stamey stated that he and Trustee Hix will meet with the
State housing representatives on Tuesday, July 7, 1992.
There being no further business. Chairman Barker adjourned the
meeting at 10:05 A.M.
