Vice Chair Sager called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m. The following minutes reflect
the order of the agenda and not necessarily the chronological sequence.

meeting. The applicant was present.

applicants are in agreement with the conditions of approval.
Board Member Barker questioned why the addition could not be placed within the
setbacks on the lot without reconstruction of the lot. Planner Chilcott stated the
developrnent plan for this lot provided shared parking for Karen’s Flowers and Allnut
Funeral Home; therefore, adding to the north would remove some of the shared
