HomeMy WebLinkAboutPROCLAMATION Tyman, Paul 2018-02-18tt ark,(otorabo ro tiamatto a WHEREAS,Paul lyman was important to many organizations in the Estes Valley,most notably the recovery and spiritual communities;and WHEREAS,Paul,being born in Chester,Pennsylvania, going to school at the Colorado School of Mines,graduating in the Class of 1944;and tiVIIEREAS,Paul enlisting in the United States Marines,during World War II,being assigned in the Pacific Theater of conflict for the duration of the war;and MIHEREAS,Paul returning to Colorado after the war,was an early graduate of Harmony-Foundation recovery program,graduating february 14,1973;and WHEREAS,Paul Tyman donated countless hours giving back to the recovery community,both in hosting recovery meetings,spiritual retreats, and one on one assistance to suffering individuals; NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park do hereby acknowledge February is,2018 as Paul Tyman Day In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and caused this seal to be affixed.
