Chairman Glenn Prosser announced that due to the lack of a quorum,this meeting is hereby adjourned to 1:30 P.M.,July 24,1973. Planning Commission Meeting July 24,1973 Commission:Chairman Prosser;Members Wagner,Steele,Petrocine, lix,Miles and Blair Attending:Chairman Prosser;Members Wagner,Steele,Petrocine and Hix Also Attending:Secretary Dale G.Hill,Town Planner and Engineer Van Horn Absent:Members Miles and Blair Chairman Glenn Prosser re-convened this meeting from it original date of July 17,1973. LOT SPLIT -LOT 9,,BUEN1TA VISTA TERRACE: Mr.Richard W.Ball,attorney for Mr.Lloyd Hess,owner of Lot 9,Buenna Vista Terrace,submitted a varified petition in compliance with the Municipal Code,requesting a division of Lot 9,Buenna Vista Terrace. Mr.Ball introduced exhibits one through eight and a plat showing the proposed lot division.Mr.Hess testified in favor of the division. The following letters were entered into the record regarding this division:Town Engineer Van Horn -July 17,1973 E.P.Sanitation District -July 11,1973 Town L &P Department -July 10,1973 A profile of the twenty foot wide access easement to Lot 2,Hess Sub division prepared by Mr.Tom Brown,was entered. Member Petrocine moved that the request be denied.Member Marvin L. Steele seconded the motion with a statement that he did not wish to see the Town set a precedent for the indiscriminate division of lots. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. REZONING -LOTS 2 AND 3.JAMES-MCINTYRE SUBDIVISION: As scheduled,the Planning Commission proceeded to conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed rezoning from the existing R-2,Multi Family District to C—2,Restricted Commercial District for Lots 2 and 3,James-McIntyre Subdivision.
