B I’OA’fl TT mpi flp O’mRT9TEE$OF TI TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLOR.LJ)O: Section 1.Tue practice of going in and upon private residences in the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,by solicitors,peddlers,hawkers,itinerant merchants and transient vendors of goods,wares and merchandise,including books,pictures,magazines and periodicals,not having been requested or invited so to do by the owner or owners, occupant or occupants of said private residences for the purpose of solicitIng orders for the sale of goods,wares and merchandise,including books,pictures,magazines or periodicals,or for the purpose of disposing of or peddling or hawking the same,is hereby declared to be a nuisance and to be unlawful. Secnn ‘.THe Thwri Marshall and the other police officers of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,are hereby required and directed to suppress tue same and to abate such nuisance as it is described in the first section of this ordinance. section 3.Any person,firm or corporation convicted of perpetrating a nuisance as described and prohibited in the —1— -. S -:- —-..- .--1 .—.----- 1----:: first section of this ordinance,shall be punished by a fine in the sum of not more than One Hundred (4lOO.OO) Dollars,or by imprisonment in the Town jail for a period of not more than thirty days. section 4.All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
