section 1.That there is hereby assessed aainst all of
the lots and tracts of lend in said Estes Park Sanitary Sewer
District Jo.1 the sum of Five Thousand Six Hundred Fourteen
Dollars and Forty-eiGht Cents (5,6l4.48)apportioned in accordance

Section 2.That said.assessments sbil be due and payable
within thirty days after the final publication of this ordinance,
rrovided that ail such assessments may at the election of the owner
be paid in installments with interest as hereiflafter provided.
Section 3.Failure to pay the whole assessment within said
period of thirty days shall be conclusively considered and held to
be an election on the part of all persons interested,theth.er under
disability or otherwise,to pay said assessments in installments as
hereinafter provided.
Section 4.In case any person shall elect to pay said assess
ments in installments,the assessments shall be payable in fout
eaual annual installments.The first installment of 017C-otTh of
the assessment shall be payable on January 26,1931,and Ohc-c
of the assessment shall be payable on January 26 in each year
thereafter for tht-c_consecutive years without demand and.with
interest on said deferred installments at the rate of six per cent
(6)per annum,prable semi-annually.
Section 5.An allonance of five per cent (5)shall e made
on all payments made on said.assessments to tho Town Treasurer within
thirty days after the final publication of this ordinance hut not
thereafter,and the Town Treasurer is hereby authorized and empowed
to rna said allowance of five per cent (5)on all paaenta made
within thirty days from the date of the final publication o±this
ordinance.
Section 6.The Town Clerk shall prepare a local assessment
1=011 In book forn showing each piece of lend assessed,the total
amount of assessraent,the amount of each installment of principal
and interest and the date when each installment vñll becue due
with suitable columns for use in case of pment of the wbole
amount or of aiy installment or penalty and deliver the same
duly certified under the corporate seal to tl;e Town Treasurer for
coll ection.
Section 7.t the expiration of thirty days after the final
publication of this ordinance the Town Treasurer shil return the
local assessment roll to the Town Clerk showing all panents made
thereon with the date of each uayment.Said roll shall be certified
by the Town Clerk under the seal of the Town of Estes Pa±and by
him delivered to the County Treasurer of Larinor County,Colorado,
with his warrant for the collection of the same upon taking the
receipt of the County Treasurer therefor.Thereafter the said County
Treasurer shall collect said assessments with all interest,charges
and penalties as provided by law and py the same to the To
Treasurer of the Town of Estes Park,and in default of pent shall
advertise and sell the property so assessed and delinquent at the
same time,in the same maimer end under all the same conditions end
penalties and with the same effect as are provided by general law
for sale of real estate in default of paiment of general taxes.

District 1o,1 was introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,
on the ei:hth day of December,A.P.1930,and on said date was
ordered iublished;that said ordinance was published in full
in the Estes Park Trail,a newspaper of general circulation
published in the Ton of istes Park,Colorado,in its issue of
December 11,A.P.1930,:hich as more than ten days previous
to its final passage;that said ordinance was duly passed
and adopted by the 3oard of rustees at its regular meeting
held on December 22,A.P.1930.
