BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE IOWN OF ESFIES PARK,COLORADO: Section 1.That Section 1 of Ordinance No.238 of the ordinances of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado and the map attached to said Ordinance No.238 designated “Street Map of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado”are hereby amended by changing the name of that certain street shown on said map as “Devils Gulch Avenue”to “MacGregor Avenue”. Section 2.The Board of Trustees herewith finds, determines and designates that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,health and safety,and whereas in the opinion of the Board an emergency exists,this ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its final passage,adoption and publication.
