AN ORDINANCE AI’JENDING SECTION TWO OF
ORDINANCE NO.185 OF THE TOWN OF ESIES
PARK,COLORADO AND SECTION 12.L OF THE
JvfmICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,RELATING TO ZONING DISTRICTS AND
ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 2 of Ordinance No.185
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,be and the same is
hereby amended by deleting from R-l Residence District
the following described lands:
Country Club Estates,a Resubdivision of Lot 10,
South St.Vram Addition.
Section 2.That Section 2 of Ordinance No.185
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,be and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:Included
within the R Residence District shall be the following
described lands:
Country Club Estates,a Resubdivision of Lot 10,
South St.Vram Addition.
Section 3.That Section l2.L-l H of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is
hereby amended to read:
H.All of the lands included in Lots lL,15
and 16 of South St.Vram Addition.
Section 14..That Section 12.14.of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
l2.-7 R Residence District.Included within the
R Residence District shall be the following described lands:
A.All of the lands included in Country Club
Estates,a Resubdivision of Lot 10,South
St.Vram Addition.

Section 5.The Board of Trustees herewith finds,
determines and designates that this Ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace,health
and safety,and whereas in the opinion of the Board of
Trustees an emergency exists,this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force five (5)days after its final passage,adoption
and publication.
