AN ORDINANCE ANENDING SECTION l2.L OF THE
1VIITNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,RELATING TO ZONING DISTRICTS AND
ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section l2.L-l I of the Municipal
Uode of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is
hereby amended to read:
I.All lands included within the Dannels
Addition to the Town of Estes Park.
Section 2.That Section 12.L1-2 I of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is
hereby amended to read:
I.All the lands included in South Saint Vram
Addition,except Lots No.10,11,12,1i..,15,
16,17,18,and the West one—half of Lot 19.
Section 3.The Board of Trustees herewith finds,
determines and designates that this Ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace,health
and safety,and whereas in the opinion of the Board of
Trustees an emergency exists,this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force five (5)days after its final passage,
adoption and publication.
