BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: Section 1.That Section iL.L1 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: iLi.L.-ii Automatic Dispensing Units.It shall be unlawful to install and use unattended coin—operated dis pensing devices for liquids which have flash points below 100°Fahrenheit. Section 2.The Board of Trustees herewith finds, determines and designates that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,health and safety,and whereas in the opinion of the Board an emergency exists,this ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its final passage,adoption and publication.
