ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF THE MUNICIPAL
WATER DEPARTMENT OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1,
1968,AND ENDING JUNE 30,1969.
Be it Ordained by the Board of Trustees of the
Town of Estes Park,Colorado;
Section 1.
That out of the moneys and
derived from the operation of
Department,during the fiscal
July 1,1968,and ending June
at $235,439.25,together with an opening surplus
estimated at $132,481.31,making a total of
$369,920.56,there is hereby appropriated the
following amount for the following purposes,to wit:

Operating Fund
Water Rights Fund

Section 2.
The Board of Trustees herewith finds,deter-
mines and declares that this Ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health and safety,and whereas,in the opinion of the
Board of Trustees,an emergency exists,and that this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days after its final passage and adoption.
