AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING BY
REFERENCE A PRIMARY CODE OF ALL THE
ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARE,
COLORADO,OF A GENERAL AND PERMANENT
NATURE THROUGH ORDINANCE NO.56-72,IN
PUBLISHED FORM,TO BE KNOWN AS THE
“MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK”
WHICH PRIMARY CODE IN TURN ADOPTS BY
REFERENCE AS SECONDARY CODES THE “MODEL
TRAFFIC CODE FOR COLORADO MUNICIPALITIES”,
1971 EDITION,THE “NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE”,
1971 EDITION,THE “UNIFORM BUILDING CODE”,
VOLIJIVIE IV,1971 EDITION,KNOWN AS THE
UNIFORM CODE FOR REPAIR,VACATION OR
DEMOLITION OF DANGEROUS BUILDINGS,THE
“UNIFORM BUILDING CODE”,VOLUME I,1970
EDITION,AND CORRECTIONS THERETO SECOND
PRINTING,THE “BUILDING EXITS CODE”,1965
EDITION,THE “TECHNICAL PLUIVIBING CODE”,AS
ADOPTED OCTOBER 28,1955 AND AMENDED ON
JUNE 14,1954 AND APRIL 9,1956,THE “UNIFORM

REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.214 OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO AND THE MUNICIPAL CODE
ADOPTED THEREBY,EXCEPT AMENDMENTS THERETO
BY ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARE,
COLORADO,NUMBERED 39-72,41—72,42—72,1—75,
2-75 AND 5-75;AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR
THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park.
The published code known as the “Municipal Code of the Town
of Estes Park”,of which three (5)copies are now on file in
the office of the Clerk of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,
and may be inspected during regular business hours,is hereby
enacted and adopted by reference as a primary code,and
incorporated herein as if set out at length.The said primary
code has been promulgated by the Town of Estes Park as a
codification of all the ordinances of the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado,of a general and permanent nature through Ordinance
No.56—72 for the purpose of providing an up-to-date code of
ordinances,properly organized and indexed,in published form
for the use of the citizens and officers of the said Town.
Section 2.Model Traffic Ordinance.The “Model Traffic
Code for Colorado Municipalities”,1971 Edition,officially
