ORDINANCE NO.35-76
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 17.24.010 AND 17.36.010
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,
RELATING TO THE ZONING OF TRACT 79,FALL RIVER ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
E$TES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.Section 17.24.010 (17)is hereby repealed and
re—enacted as follows:“All of James McIntyre Subdivision;Tracts
60,67 and 63,Tracts 70 thru 78,Tracts 80 thru 82,and that portion
of Tract 64 lying south of a line that is parallel to 330 feet north
of the center line of U.S.Highway No.34,all in Fall River Addition;
Section 2.Section 17.36.010 (16)of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is hereby repealed and re-enacted
as follows:Tracts 21,55,56,57,58,59,61,62,63,65,66,and
79,Fall River Addition and Lots 1 through 17,both inclusive,of
Elkhorn Estates Subdivision.
Section 3.The board of trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that this
ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace,health and safety,for zoning affects the public peace,health
and safety;and whereas,in the opinion of the board of trustees,an
emergency exists,this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
after its final passage,adoption and the approval and signature of
the mayor.
PASSED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND SIGNED THIS 26th DAY
OF OCTOBER,1976.
