HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE 09-77© ORDINANCE NO.9 —77 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.56.090 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING TO ATTORNEY’S LETTER OF CERTIFICATION TO THE PLANNING COMMIS SION IN ZONING-USES PERMITTED BY SPECIAL REVIEW MATTERS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO: Section 1.Section 17.56.090 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended to read as follows: 17.56.090 Attorney’s letter of certification.Before the Board of Trustees will consider any special review application for final approval, there must be filed,with the Town Administrator,a letter certifying that all of the persons or corporations having any record interest in the real property described in such application,and the site plan pertaining thereto,have signed the same.Said letter must be dated the day upon which the Board of Trustees is to consider the application and site plan for final approval.Such letter must be signed by an attorney duly licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado. Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its final passage,adoption,approval and signature of the mayor, and publication.
