a ORDINANCE NO.77 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 77.24 and 17.32 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATINGTOTHEREZONINGOFAPORTIONOFBLOCK 2,WEST PARK CENTER RESUBDI VISION,TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO: Section 1.Section 17.24.010 (11)of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is hereby amended to read as follows: 1 7.24.010 Boundaries. 11.All of Lots 4 and 5 of Sunny Acres Addition; Section 2.Chapter 17.24 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is hereby amended by the addition of sub-section 17.24.010 (20),as follows: 17.24.010 Boundaries. 20.That portion of Block 2,West Park Center Re—Subdivision lying North of the following described line: Beginning at a point from whence the northeast corner of said Block 2 bears North 0O°05’East 180.26 feet thence N47°55’30”W.40.5$feet;thence N$9°39’58”W. 32.79 feet;thence N.63°47’23”W.41.97 feet;thence N.35°05’45”U.92.24 feet;thence N.44°5$’l9”W.47.70 feet;thenceN 48°28’54”U.58.97 feet more or less to the northwest corner of said Block 2; Section 3.Section 17.32.010 (1)of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is hereby amended to read as follows: 17.32.010 Boundaries. 1.All the lands located in Blocks 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,and 11, Town of Estes Park,according to the second amended plat thereof, Lot 27 of Block 10,Town of Estes Park,according to the second amended plat thereof;that certain tract of land platted on the second amended plat of the Town of Estes Park,as a park;also that unnamed tract of land bounded on the west by the easterly line of Block 11,on the south of Elkhorn Avenue,and on the north and east by the corporate limits of the Town of Estes Park;also that unnamed tract of land located in the Town of Estes Park and bounded on the west by the east line of Block 4,on the north by Elkhorn Avenue,on the south by the Big Thompson Rivet,and on the east by the intersection of Elkhorn Avenue with the Big Thompson River, all as shown by the second amended olat of the Town of Estes Park; Lots l7A,l7B,18,and 21 of Sunny Acres Addition;Lots 1,2,3, 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,13,19,20,29, 30,21,32,33,34,35,36 and Lots 37,38,39,40 and 42 of River side Subdivision;the southerly 165 feet of Riverside Subdivision located between 1est Riverside Drive and the centerline of the Big Tho’pson Rivet;Lot 18 of Block 10,Town of Estes Park;Lots 1 and 2 of Stanley Meadow Addition;Lots lA,2A,3A,4A,5A,6A,7A,8A, 9A,bA,llA,12A,13A,lA,l5A,l6A,17A and 5 of First Resubdivi— sion of Buenna Vista Terrace as shown by the recorded plat thereof; ©0 Section 4.Section 17.32.010(17)of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is hereby amended to read as follows: 17.32.070 Boundaries. 17.B]ock 1 and that portion of Block 2,West Park Center Re-Sub division lying south of the following described line: Beginning at a point from whence the Northeast corner of said Block 2 bears North 00°05’East 180.26 feet;thence N47°55’30” W.40.58 feet;thence N89°39’58”W.32.79 feet;thence N63°47’ 23”W.41.97 feet;thence N35°05’45”W.92.24 feet;thence N44°58’19”W.47.70 feet;thence N48°28’54”W.58.97 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of said Block 2. Section 5.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)days after its final passage,adoption,approval and signature of the mayor,and publication.
