Brown, Trustee r 1— . &Atm LIT 1ZSies 1park, Lorimer County, Colorado, July 28 19 87 Minutes of a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Lorimer County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the 28th day of hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor July , A. D. 19..P7 at regular meeting H. Bernerd Dannels Present: Mayor H. B. Dannels Trustees: Norbert L. Aldrich, Milan A. Dickinson, David Habecker, George J. Hix Minutes of the meeting held July 14, 1987 and the "special" meeting held July 21, 1987 were submitted and approved. Trustee Hix moved the bills, as presented, be allowed and paid and that the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for same. (A certified copy of the bills presented and allowed are on file in the Finance Office under this date, and made a part of the record of these proceedings by reference thereto). Trustee Dickinson seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Minutes of the Public Works Committee meeting held July 16, 1987 were read. Trustee Hix moved the minutes be approved. Trustee Aldrich seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Minutes of the Code and Sanitation Committee meeting held July 23, 1987 were read. Trustee Habecker, Chairman of the Committee, moved the minutes be approved. Trustee Aldrich seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Minutes of the Public Safety Committee meeting held July 23, 1987 were also read. Trustee Aldrich, Chairman of the Committee, moved the minutes be approved. Trustee Dickinson seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. As an informational item, it has been determined the "PCB" spills reported to have occurred in Estes Park actually occurred near Rabbit Ears Pass. Trustee Aldrich introduced, and Town Attorney White read in full, the following Ordinance and moved it be passed and adopted contingent upon revising the date of June 1, 1987 under Section 1. 9.102.010 to September 1, 1987 to allow compliance to the regulation: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.102.010 AND 9.102.015 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO, THE SAME PERTAINING TO ALARM SYSTEMS Trustee Dickinson seconded the motion and it passed by the following votes: Those voting "Yes" Trustees Aldrich, Dickinson, Habecker and Hix. Those voting "No" none. Whereupon Mayor Dannels declared said Ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 19-87 and published according to law. Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting held July 21, 1987 were submitted. Mayor Dannels reported that pursuant to the applicant's request, consideration of a parking location amendment to Special Review Request 87-3 - a Bed and Breakfast operation, 441 Chiquita Lane would be postponed to August 11, 1987. Board of Trustees - July 28, 1987 - Page two Trustee Hix moved the Mayor be authorized to execute the Trail Ridge Riders Horse Show Agreement for an event scheduled August 16, 1987. Trustee Habecker seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Trustee Hix introduced, and Town Attorney White read in full, the following Ordinance and moved it be passed and adopted: AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PUBLIC ROAD KNOWN AS KRISTI LANE, ESTES PARK, COLORADO Trustee Habecker requested and received a brief summary of the events leading up to the vacation of Kristi Lane for Stanley Hills Subdivision. Trustee Aldrich seconded the motion and it passed by the following votes: Those voting "Yes" Trustees Aldrich, Dickinson, Habecker and Hix. Those voting "No" none. Whereupon Mayor Dannels declared said Ordinance duly passed and adopted and ordered it numbered 20-87 and published according to law. Trustee Hix moved the Mayor be authorized to execute the Quit Claim Deed transferring Lots A, B, C, D, E, F and G of Stanley Hills Subdivision to Stanley Hills Association, Inc. Trustee Aldrich seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Following completion of all agenda items, Mayor Dannels noted that due to scheduling conflicts, the September 22nd Town Board meeting will be held September 29th and the October 27th meeting will most likely be held November 3rd.
